Contact Us: Please send email to info@teespride.com, or go to Contact Us on Help Help Center and fill the form to Initiate your return or exchange by contacting our friendly customer support team. They'll provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Proof of Issue: To expedite processing, please send clear photos highlighting the reason for return. This could be a sizing issue, damage, or a printing error exceeding the 1 inch tolerance.
Resolving Your Issue:
- Seller Mistake: If the issue is due to our error (wrong item sent, printing error exceeding 1 inch tolerance), we'll take care of it! Send clear photos as proof, and we'll issue a full refund for the item's price and any original shipping costs. There's no need to return the item in this case.
- Buyer Mistake: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items you ordered in the wrong size or color. However, we're happy to help you exchange for a different size or color (subject to availability) if you return the unworn and unwashed item with the original packaging (if possible). Please note you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process :
- Pack it Up: Securely pack your unworn and unwashed item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your order number and RA number.
- Ship it Back: Send your return package to the address provided with your RA number.
Exchanges: We'll gladly exchange your item for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability) upon receiving your original item (if applicable). Please specify your desired exchange on your return request.
Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
- Worn or washed
- Damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Purchased outside the 30-day window
- Unsuccessful Delivery Due to Incorrect Address:** Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Refund: Once we have received and verified your return, you will have your refund within 3 business days using the payment method you used when ordering.
Print Placement Tolerance: For all t-shirt, hoodie, and sweatshirt products, there is a tolerance of 1 inch for print placement. Minor variations within this range are considered acceptable and will not be considered defects.
